2 ulas bawang putih (diketuk)
1 labu bawang besar (hiris nipis)
3 sudu makan cili kisar
200 gm daging ayam ( potong kecil)
100 gm udang
100 gm bunga kobis
1 batang sawi pak choy (potong kecil)
1 keping tauhu (hancurkan)
Secukup rasa kicap manis
2 sudu sos tiram
Secukup rasa garam
Secukupnya minyak

Panaskan kuali
Masukkan bawang putih hingga naik bau.
Masukkan cili kisar dan bawang besar
