Ingredients

200 gram makaroni
Sos Makaroni
1/2 cawan sos prego tradisional
1 biji bawang holland
5 ulas bawang putih
1 batang carrot
1 biji cili besar
200 gram daging cincang
1/2 cawan air
Sos Cheese
2 s/b butter
1 1/2 s/b tepung gandum (diayak)
150 gram keju cheddar
1/2 cawan susu cair
2 s/b serbuk lada hitam

Instructions

Didihkan air & garam. Masukkan makaroni. Rebus sampai lembut. Toskan & lumurkan dengan sedikit minyak utk elak makaroni melekat.
