Mee Rebus Dengan Bebola Daging

This recipe was learnt from my mother and its a mee rebus Terengganu style. Enjoy !

Tips

1. Black pepper is a must.you can adjust the spiciness by adding black pepper. You can add either chicken, meat or seafood in the soup.

2. You also can put any kind of vege you like. Depends on your personal taste.

Ingredients

Bebola Daging
250gram daging kisar
1 batang leek
1 labu bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
Secukupnya garam
1tsp lada hitam
1 biji telur
Mee Rebus
400gram mee kuning
4 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
Sehiris halia
80gram ayam
200gram sayuran
Secukupnya garam
2tsp lada hitam
3cawan air
Garnish
Secukupnya daun sup
