Mee goreng basah perlu dihidangkan segera atau dihabiskan segera kerana kuahnya nnt akan menyebabkan mee kembang. Seeloknya masak hanya cukup2 untuk sekali makan.

Ingredients

1 bungkus mee kuning
3 ekor sotong
12 ekor udang sederhana besar
1 pokok sayur sawi
1 cawan taugeh
10 biji fishball dihiris
1sb sos cili
1sb sos tiram
4sb kicap
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar
4 tangkai cili kering direbus
3 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
Bahan Diakhir Proses Memasak
3/4 cawan air masak
1sb sos tiram
3sb kicap

Panaskan minyak & tumis bahan kisar. Masak hingga pecah minyak.
