5 ketul ayam
1 biji bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
2 sdb cili kering kisar
1 paket kecil serbuk kari (bancuh dgn air)
1 tangkai daun kari
2 biji bunga cengkih
1 batang kayu manis
3 biji buah pelaga
3 cawan santan
1 cawan air
2 biji kentang
2 sdk garam
1 sdk gula

Tumis bawang besar,bawang putih, bunga lawang,kayu manis dan buah pelaga sehingga naik bau.
