Sotong rebus jap je tau..sbb sotong jarum bila rebus lama dia akan mengecut sizenya.. jgn risau tak liat punya bila dah masak nanti. InsyaAllah

Ingredients

1 kg sotong jarum-direbus sekejap
5 ulas bwg merah-tumbuk/kisar
2 ulas bwg putih-tumbuk/kisar
1 inci halia-tumbuk/kisar
2 bj lada besar-tumbuk/kisar
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar sos cili
Sedikit saja air asam jawa
Secukupnya garam&gula

Macam biasa, panaskan sedikit minyak dlm kuali. Tumis bahan kisar hingga garing.
