Ingredients

1 bungkus kway teow
4 ulas bawang merah*
2 ulas bawang putih*
7 tangkai cili kering - direbus*
2 sudu minyak untuk menumis
Secukupnya isi ayam - dihiris nipis
10 biji bebola ayam - dibelah 2
2 sudu besar sos tiram
2 sudu besar sos cili
4 sudu kicap lemak manis
Secukupnya air
Secukupnya sawi
1/2 cawan tauge
1 biji tomato - dipotong dadu
Secukupnya garam
Sebiji telur ayam
1 sudu teh serbuk tumis ayam
