Tips

Rebus petai dahulu bagi mengurangkan bau petai.

Ingredients

10 ekor (sederhana besar) udang
2-3 papan petai ( ambil isi sahaja)
15 tangkai cili kering (dibuang biji dan direndam dahulu)
2-3 biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih
2 sudu kecil garam
2-3 sudu kecil gula
1/2 inci belacan
1/2 cawan air
3-4 sudu besar minyak masak
