Cendawan tidak perlu dibasuh. Goreng cendawan dlm minyak yg betul2 panas.

Ingredients

Sepeket ~ 250gm cendawan tiram
2 batang -- dibuang biji & didadu cili merah
6 batang -- dihiris kasar cili padi hijau
1/2 labu -- didadu bawang holland
5-6 pelepah -- dilurutkan daun kari
70 gram butter
Secukupnya tepung jagung
Secukupnya lada hitam
Secukupnya garam
Secukupnya gula

Dadukan cili merah & bawang holland. Hiris kasar cili padi hijau & lurutkan daun kari & susun dlm pinggan spt dlm gambar.

Kemudian dlm kuali yg lain, panaskan sedikit shj minyak serta butter. Tumiskan bhn2 yg didadu & dihiris td hingga layu & wangi.
