Tips

1. I put more onion and more chili because I like it.

2. you can change dried shrimp to anchovies.

4 large potato
3 large onion, slices
2 cloves garlic, slices
3 chili, slices
1/2 cup dried shrimp, washed, drained, ground
1 tea spoon ground pepper
1/2 cup china parsley and spring onion, slices
1/4 cup oil

Instructions

Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Then boiled potatoes and put a little salt . Boil until cooked , drained and peeled . Then cut into large dice.

Heat the oil and add the dried shrimp , pepper , garlic , onion and fry until crisp .

Lift into containers and put chilli , spring onions , parsley and boiled potatoes. Mix well and ready to be served.
