2. Cuba tambah sedikit air kelapa muda dan lebihkan gula cantik hasilnya

1 cawan tepung beras
1/2 cawan gula pasir
1 cawan gula merah
Sedikit garam
(lbh krg 2 cawan) air

Instructions

Campurkan gula pasir dan gula merah bersama dengan 2 cawan air. Masak hingga mendidih.biarkan sejuk atau sedikit suam.

Tuangkan air gula tadi kedalam adunan tepung gandum dan tepung beras.tambahkan garam.Gaul ikut likat dan ditimbuk-timbuk hingga berbuih.
