Tips

Jika nak masak rebung fresh, rebung tersebut hendaklah direbus dulu. Rebus rebung bersama air kelapa akan menjadikan isi rebung lg sedal dan manis. Tetapi jika tak ada sir kelapa, rebus dengan air biasa pun ok.

Ingredients

1 batang rebung - hiris, rebus & toskan air
Segenggam ikan bilis - cuci bersih & toskan
10 biji cili api*
1/2 inci kunyit hidup*
2 batang serai - diketuk
Secukupnya garam
1 keping asam keping
500ml santan

Masukkan rebung yang sudah direbus ke dalam periuk. Masukkan cili api yg ditumbuk lumat tadi dan juga serai. Masukkan ikan bilis.
