untuk menghasilkan permukaan yg cantik dan rata,penutup kukusan hendaklah di bungkus dgn kain supaya air tidak menitik.

Ingredients

2 cwn tepung gandum
2 sdb tepung ubi
1½ cwn air gula merah
2½ cwn santan cair
Bahagian Atas
1½ cwn tepung gandum
4 cwn santan
2 sdb tepung ubi
1 sdk garam

Instructions

1

Satukan bahagian bawah hingga sebati. Sapukan loyang dgn minyak. Masukkan bahan bawah dan kukus selama 10-15 minit.
