- Cucuk dengan lidi untuk tahu kek sudah masak atau tidak. Jika lidi tidak melekit, kek masak.

1 sdt baking powder *
1 sdt soda bikarbonat*
1 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder* (utk kek)
1/2 cawan minyak masak
2 biji telur
Secukup rasa garam
2 sdt vanilla extract
1 cawan air panas
Chocolate Topping
3 sdb unsweetened cocoa powder
3 sdb susu pekat
1/2 cawan minyak masak
3/4 cawan susu cair

Ayakkan bahan yg bertanda (*). Kemudian gaulkan sehingga sebati menggunakan whisk. Anggap ini adunan A.

Dalam bekas yg lain, campurkan gula, minyak masak, vanilla extract, telur dan garam. Gaulkan guna whisk saja sehingga sebati. Ini adalah adunan B.
