Tips

2. Use soft margarine instead of butter as it is trans-fat free!

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup fresh milk
1 1/2 teaspoon soda bicarbonate (extra rise)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tablespoon soft margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
