How to use up all the leftovers of pineapple filling for pineapple tart biscuits. Happy treat for teatime with hot tea!

Tips

Can use other fillings instead of pineapple such as strawberry or blueberry, chocolates or margarine.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
11 gram instant yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 nos egg
1/3 cup lukewarm water
1/2 cup pineapple fillings

Stir in instant yeast into lukewarm water with 1 tablespoon sugar.Set aside.
