200g gula melaka
500ml air
Kuah Santan Badak
1 cawan santan pekat
2 sdb gula
Secubit garam
1 sdb tepung beras

Instructions

Satukan tepung gandum dan tepung pulut dgn air. Jgn tuang air banyak2 utk elakkan adunan terlalu cair.

Didihkan air dalam periuk kecil kemudian masukkan adunan tepung yg sudah siap tadi. Biarkan sehingga tepung terapung baru diangkat dan ketepikan.

ye sis.. tp biasanya org letak inti kelapa.. kat sini susah nk dpt kelapa, tu guna gula melaka je.. hehe
