Ingredients

1 genggam (dicelur) bihun
1 biji (dipukul) telur
Bahan Kuah
2 ulas (dihiris) bawang putih
1/2 biji (dibelah dua) lobak merah
2-3 biji (dibelah dua) bebola ayam
4-5 keping cendawan
3-4 helai (dipotong dua) sawi
1-2 helai (dipotong kecil) kobis panjang
2-3 sudu besar (dibancuh) tepung jagung
1 cawan air
Secukupnya (perasa) garam
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu kecil lada sulah
