Tips

You can replace walnuts with almond as well.

Ingredients

1 cup butter softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 whole eggs
2 tsp essence vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 ts salt
2 cups chocolate chips
2 tsp hot water
3 cup all purposed flour
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
