Tips

Pavlova sgt sensitif. Jangan guna telur sejuk. JANGAN ADA walau sedikit kuning telur, minyak atau air.

Ingredients

4 biji (size b) putih telur
3/4 cawan gula icing
2 sudu kecil tepung jagung
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
1 cawan whipping cream

Putar putih telur pd kelajuan tinggi hingga berbuih (soft peak),masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit sambil putar hingga kental dn berkilat (stiff peak)

Sediakan baking paper, tuangkan maringue diatas baking paper dlm bentuk bulat.

Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu selama 10min, kemudian bakar maringue dgn suhu 100-110°c selama 1-2 jam. Dah masak, biarkn sejuk didlm oven.

Putar whipping cream sehingga kental, kemudian sapukan diats maringue susun buah diatasnya. Siap.
