1 tbsp | dijon mustard |
1 whole | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | white vinegar |
1 tbsp | virgin olive oil |
1 tsp | salt |
1/4 cup | pasrley |
1 whole | red onion chopped |
1/2 tsp | black pepper |
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add the lentils, turn the heat to medium.
Let it cook just until the lentils are cooked through, about 20 minutes.
