4 whole | potato medium size |
12 cloves | garlic |
2tbsp | olive oil |
1 1/2 tbsp | lemon peel, freshly grated |
1 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | blac pepper |
Mix the potato garlic, olive oil, lemon peel, salt and black pepper thorougly in a bowl.
Place 2 layers of aluminium foil on a tray.

Pour the potato mixture onto the aluminium foils, and fold it to cover the mixture.

Place the packet on a grill and cook at 250 calcius for about 30 minutes.
