This is my favorite fish. In 1 week, it's a must to eat salmon.

Tips

Use a lemon about 2-3 drops to make it juicy.

Ingredients

1 slice salmon
1 flowerettes broccoli
1 root carrot
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon blackpaper
1 potato

Put olive oil on grill pan. Sprinkle the salt & black-paper on top salmon on each side.

Stir the salmon on grill pan about 15 minutes until you see the salmon skin getting crispy.
