Rendam ikan baung dgn (perahan 3 bj jus limau nipis+air) dlm 15 min..then cuci dgn air bersih semula ...

7 ekor saiz kecik,sederhana ikan baung-cuci bersih,rendam air limau nipis
1/2 periuk saiz sederhana air
5 tangkai daun kesum-lagi banyak lagi sedap
1 sudu besar cili boh
Secubit gula,garam,manisan,belacan
3 keping asam keping
Tumbuk
4 ulas bwg merah
3 ulas bwg putih
1 inci halia
1 inci lengkuas
1 sudu kecik lada hitam
1 sudu kecik ketumbar

Didihkan 1/2 periuk air di atas api. Masukkan bahan tumbuk dan cili boh. Kacau2
