450 gram - hiris rebung madu
2 batang - ketuk serai
2 helai - siat daun kunyit
1 kotak + 2 kotak air santan
1 keping asam gelugor
1 biji kiub pati ikan bilis
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar:
1 biji bawang besar
4 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1 1/2 inci kunyit hidup
2 biji cili merah
10 biji cili padi
1/2 inci belacan

Masukkan rebung ke dalam periuk bersama bahan kisar, serai & asam gelugor. Kacau rata & masak hingga mendidih.
