Ingredients

1 ekor ikan siakap - dikelar
2 sudu tepung jagung
Secukupnya garam
Secukupnya kunyit
1 labu bawang besar*
10 tangkai cili kering*
2 ulas bawang putih*
2 sudu sos cili
3 sudu sos cili thai
2 sudu sos tiram
1 labu bawang besar - hiris
1/2 batang timun - potong ikut suka
1/2 batang lobak merah - potong ikut suka
5 biji cili api - hiris
2 helai daun limau purut
Secukupnya nenas - potong dadu
Secukupnya minyak
5 biji tomato ceri

Instructions

Lumurkan ikan dengan kunyit, garam dan tepung jagung
Goreng hingga garing dan toskan
