You can add any type of fruits, the sour one is recommended.

Ingredients

2 green apples
250g boiled, skin removed white prawns
1 whole onion
5 whole red onion
1 stalk lemongrass
3 hot chillies
1 red chilli
50 g ginger
1 green chili
4 tsp lime juice
As needed salt

Instructions

Cut the apples into slices and dip in water. Sprinkle with some salt.

Add in the prawns and thin slices of apples, onion, red onion, lemongrass, hot chilli, red green chill, ginger with lime juice and mix well.
