| 1 whole | kiwi |
| 50 g | cherries |
| 2 tbsp | honey |

| 2 | eggs |
| 75 g | castor sugar |
| 250 g | cheese |
| 100 ml | natural yogurt |
| 1/2 tsp | vanilla essence |

Marinate the strawberry, lychee, kiwi and fresh cherry slices with honey for a while.

Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff and put aside. Beat the cheese cream until soft, add yogurt and mix well.
