Using bread flour will give excellent pizza dough! More gluten, chewy and fantastic taste to the dough. By the way you forgot to include salt in the recipe or maybe you are using salted butter or margarine?

Hye there thanks for the suggestion on using bread flour.
About the salt, I rarely put salt into my dough. I'm using unsalted margarine. I'll try my best to cut the usage of salt as later the topping will also include salt (eg: tomato sauce).
