200 gram | spaghetti |
3 cloves | garlic (minced) |
4 tablespoon | olive oil |
3 pcs | cabai rawit (hot indonesian green chili, minced) |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
1/4 teaspoon | pepper |
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water (+ olive oil) for one minute less than package instruction. Set aside and reserve 50 mL of cooking water.
Heat olive oil in pan, add minced garlic. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
