100 ml kicap manis abc/ kicap pekat biasa
50 ml minyak bijan
1 cmt lada sulah
Untuk Menyediakan Sup
3 keping isi ayam bahagian dada
1 paket rempah sup bunjut
1 cmb daun sup/ daun bawang
2 cmb bawang goreng
Secukup rasa garam
Untuk Menyediakan Ayam
3 keping isi ayam
100 ml kicap manis abc/kicap pekat biasa
1 cmb serbuk lada hitam
Rencah Tambahan
4 pokok sayur sawi / siew pak choy
100 g tauhu kering berperisa

Didihkan air bersama sedikit minyak. Celur mee wantan, angkat dan toskan.
