3 tbsp gula pasir - gula hangus
10g agar-agar tali
4 cawan air
4 cawan gula pasir
1/2 cawan susu pekat
400ml susu cair
3tbsp tepung kastard
1tsp esen vanilla
1 tin koktail buah-buahan

Taburkan gula pasir didalam loyang kemudian,masakan sehingga keperangan, kemudian goyangkan loyang tu supaya gula hangus tu sekata di sekeliling loyang.
