My sister requested it so i try it out. She said yummy and want more :)

Tips

Soak rice with water for 1 hour, minimum.

Ingredients

Thai Mango Rice
As much as you like mango
A pinch salt*
200 g glutinous rice (sweet sticky rice)*
Enough to cover water*
65 ml coconut mlik*
1 tbsp sugar*
Coconut Milk Sauce
150 ml coconut mlik
2 tbsp sugar
A pinch salt
1 tsp corn starch

Instructions

Thai mango rice

Mix everything * together very well and steam about 30 minutes or cooked.

Combine everything and cook on medium low heat while stirring slowly.

Let the gravy cool down. It will thicken further when it cools down. Thickens even more when chilled.
