200 g | glutinous rice (sweet sticky rice)* |
Enough to cover | water* |
65 ml | coconut mlik* |
1 tbsp | sugar* |
Coconut Milk Sauce | |
150 ml | coconut mlik |
2 tbsp | sugar |
A pinch | salt |
1 tsp | corn starch |
Mix everything * together very well and steam about 30 minutes or cooked.
Combine everything and cook on medium low heat while stirring slowly.

Let the gravy cool down. It will thicken further when it cools down. Thickens even more when chilled.
