Meatball With Blackpepper Gravy

Tips

Make sure the homemade meatball is placed in a refrigerator for 10 minutes to keep it solids before frying it.

Ingredients

Half pack minced beef
Any amount you like parsley
1 cup oatmeal
1 table spoon blackpepper
Blackpepper Gravy
1 table spoon wheat flour
Half onions
2 table spoon blackpepper
1 table spoon butter
2 cups fresh milk
2 table spoon tomato sauce
2 table spoon oyster sauce
1 table spoon soy sauce

Instructions

Mixed up all ingredients to create your homemade meatball. Shape it in ball shape.

Boleh juga kalau nk pakai ramly minced beef, ikut kesukaan, kalau nak hasil banyak, boleh pakai 1 whole pack. Kalau half pack, boleh produce 13 biji meatball. Saya guna supreme cold storage minced beef, quantity dia sama mcm ramly. :)

Meanwhile, prepare blackpepper gravy. Cook minced onions until it caramelised with butter. Add up flour and fresh milk and dont stop stirring.

Add up tomato sauce, blackpepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. You may add up some water.

Done! And fry all the meatball and lastly, pour the gravy and ready to eat! You may need to add up mashed potato if you like.
