Place cocoa powder, milo, sugar & water in a wok. Stir above medium fire until dissolved & smooth.
Add in butter until dissolved. Reduce heat to low & add in egg & stir until thicken about 30 seconds and off the fire.
Add in biscuits & mix well until biscuits are evenly coated with chocolate batter. Press into a lined tin.
Beat all ingredients until smooth & pour onto the prepared Batik Cake. Bake 160C (top heat only) for 5 minutes. Chill before slicing.
