Tips

Boleh juga tambahkan capsicum traffic light. Pilih jagung yang tidak terlalu tua. Salad ini boleh dimakan bersama fish & chips atau chicken grilled.

Ingredients

1 tongkol jagung *
1/2 labu didadu bawang holland*
Segenggam di hiris halus lobak merah*
Dihiris nipis daun ketumbar *
Secukupnya extra virgin oil*
2 cubit garam bukit

Instructions

Rebus jagung sekitar 2-3 minit dan taburkan sedikit garam kedalam air rebusan.
