| 1 labu | bawang holland, dipotong dadu |
| 3 ulas | bawang putih, cincang |
| 2 biji | lobak merah, dipotong dadu |
| 1 tin | cendawan button, dipotong bulat |
| 1 biji | capsicum, dipotong dadu |
| 1 cawan | stock ayam |
| 2 tbs | sos worcestershire |
| 1 tbs | tepung gandum |
| 2 tbs | tomato paste |
| 1 tbs | kicap cair |
| 1tsp | seasoned salt |
| Mashed Potato | |
| 3 biji | russet potato |
| 1tsp | garam |
| 1tsp | lada hitam |
| 2 tbs | butter |
| 1/4 cawan | susu |

Panaskan minyak didalam kuali, masukkan bawang Holland dan bawang putih dan dimasak sehingga layu.

Masukkan daging yang diperap dengan seasoned salt kedalam kuali dan dimasak sehingga bertukar warna coklat.
