Ingredients

1 ekor lobster / udang kara
50 g keju parmesan parut
50 g keju cheddar parut
3 cmb jus lemon
1 cmb serbuk lada hitam
1 cmb daun parsli
Secukup rasa garam halus

Instructions

Bersikan lobster, potong 2 menegak di tengah dari kepala hingga ekor. Buka hingga bentuk sepeti rama-rama.
