Ingredients

1 genggam petai - dibuang kulit
2 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk halus
5 biji bawang merah - ditumbuk halus
2 sudu besar (ikut kepedasan yang anda suka) cili kering kisar
Secukupnya air
3-4 sudu besar minyak masak
Secukup rasa garam
1/4 sudu kecil asam jawa (adabi)
1/4 sudu kecil sebuk kunyit

Panaskan minyak, goreng petai sehingga berubah warna kekuningan.

Keluarkan petai,dan masukkan bawang merah dan bawang putih yang ditumbuk tadi.Sebatikan dan masukkan cili kisar tadi dan serbuk kunyit.
