3 ulas bawang putih (tumbuk)
5 biji cili padi (tumbuk)
1 biji bawang besar (potong dadu)
1/2 batang carrot
1/2 batang timun jepun
5 kelopak kubis
1 sb cuka
2 sb sos tiram (dicairkan)
1 sb kicap
Bahan Perap
200 gram daging
2 sb sos lada hitam
1 sb minyak bijan
Secukup rasa gula & garam
1 sdt serbuk lada hitam

Campur semua bahan perap, gaul sebati & biarkan dalam peti sejuk 1-2 jam.
