Jgn masak terlalu lama..nanti pekat n pisang hancur

Ingredients

10 biji pisang kelat siang (potong serong)
2 cawan santan pekat
4 cawan air
2 keping saiz tpk tgn nissan/gula melaka
3 helai daun pandan (simpul)
Secukup rasa gula dan garam

Instructions

Masukkan semua bahan2 dalam periuk. Kacau atas api yang perlahan supaya santan tidak berketul.
