| 1 1/2 cup | brown sugar |
| 3/4 cup | castor sugar |
| 1 1/3 cup | all purpose flour |
| 1 cup | chocolate chip |
| 1/2 cup (chopped) | dates |
| 1 tbs | essence vanilla |
| Pinch | salt |

Beat butter with sugar and and brown sugar until pale and fluffy.
Add egg one at time. add essen vanilla and salt.

Pour the flour into the batter. Combine well with dates and chocolate chip.

Shape into ball form and cover with food plastic wrapper. Chill inside refrigerator for about 30min

One chilled, roll on board and shape as you desire. Baked about 15 to 20 min inside preheated oven at 180 degree celsius.
