Tips

Beat the eggs until fluffy and cold the melted chocolate and butter to room temperature

Ingredients

400 gram chocolate compound coins
150 gran high quality butter
30 gram cocoa powder
3 large eggs
120 gram castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
100 gram (if you want the cakey taste add 20 gram more) superfine flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Melt the butter and add in cocoa powder until it dissolve completely. Add in chocolate coins and stir it. Let it cool to the room temperature

Beat the eggs, castor sugar and vanilla essence until fluffy by using hand mixer. (approximately 4 minutes)

Add in the melted chocolate into the eggs mixture and fold it until it become thicker
