Salam. Heard a lot about this 'Kerabu Maggi', very popular in every Thai restaurant..so decided to create one based on own taste pallette

Tips

For those who not really into 'maggi', you can substitute it with 'Dahfa Fish'.. the most common snack among Malaysian..hehe.. rasa mmg marvelleous!

Ingredients

Separuh bungkus maggi tomyum
Setengah genggam daun ketumbar
Separuh kuntum bunga kantan
Sebiji bawang besar
Sebiji bawang merah
4 biji cili padi
Segenggam kobis
3 batang isi ketam frozen
2 biji diperah jusnya limau nipis
Sesudu sos ikan nampla
Sesudu teh gula
Seinci halia

Rebus maggi seperti biasa cuma jangan terlalu lama. Biarkan msh kenyal. Toskan airnya

Gaul rata kemudian masukkn jus limau nipis beserta sos ikan. Akhir sekali masukkn gula. kerabu lebih enak jika disejukkan sebelum dimakan.
