Pastikan udang betul2 kering baru salut dengan tepung,dan pastikan minyak betul-betul panas baru goreng.

1/2 kg udang
1 mangkuk tepung jagung
2 sudu kecil garam

Cuci udang dan letak kan udang diatas tisu dapur. Pastikan udang betul-betul kering.

Sementara menunggu udang kering, satukan garam bersama tepung jagung. Ambil udang dan salut udang didalam tepunh tadi.
