Ingredients

3 keping ikan tenggiri
3 batang bendi
1 biji - belah 6 tomato
1 genggam daun kesom
1 biji kiub pati ikan bilis
1 senduk cili kisar
1/2 camca besar pes jus asam jawa
1/2 camca kecil serbuk lada hitam
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar:
1 biji bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci halia
1/2 inci kunyit hidup
1/3 inci - bakar belacan
3 biji cili merah

Instructions

Tumis bahan kisar hingga harum, masukkan cili kisar. Kacau rata, masak hingga cili garing & naik minyak.
