Alilbite Choc Chip Cookies

i love baking. i love trying out new recipe and recreate the recipe with methods that i feel suitable to my taste buds. this is one of my first product from alilbitekitchen. i did lots of R&D for this cookies alone and by far this is the best for me

Tips

you can add any nuts you like, pecans, walnuts, almond, macadamia, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, raisins.

Freeze the dough for 10-15 minutes before baking.

It is also suitable to make frozen cookies. scoop onto the tray. let it freeze for few hours. transfer to ziplock bag.

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients
1 cup @ 226g unsalted butter (soften at room temperature)
80g icing sugar
160g light brown sugar
1 egg (a size)
1 egg yolk
1 1/2tsp pure vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup instant oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2cup @ 270g semisweet choc chip

Mix the flour, oats, baking soda & salt. combine thoroughly. set aside

WET INGREDIENTS

In a bowl,beat the butter until smooth & creamy. add both sugar and beat until fluffy.

Beat in whole egg well, add yolk after. Beat well again.

ASSEMBLING

In the bowl of wet ingredients, using spatula fold in the flour mixture bit by bit until finish. Do not overbeat
