i found this recipe online and i tweaked as i like. i love it that it contains only 1 egg. haha it is always nice to eat with honey or maple syrup

Try eating the pancakes with sausages. beef bacon & eggs.

Make it in small size using spoon

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
Wet Ingredients
1 1/4 cup milk
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Garnishing
1/4 cup choc chip

Mix all the dry ingredients flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. make a well in the centre

Mix until just combined. Do not over beat. A lil lump is fine. Set aside for 10 mins
