Buang 'tali' telur putih supaya kurang bau hanyir telur

Ingredients

5-6 keping roti gardenia (putih atau butterscotch)
2 cawan susu cair atau susu segar
4 sudu susu pekat
3 biji telur
3sudu gula pasir (untuk karamel)
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
2 buah bekas untuk kukus (aluminium)

Campurkan Telur, Roti yang dicarik-carik, susu cair, susu pekat, esen vanila,dan sedikit gula (kalau suka manis)

Untuk membuat karamel, panaskan non stick pan atau periuk kecik, masukkan gula pasir dan masak dengan api kecil, jangan bagi hangus.

Bila dah bertukar keperangan, masukkan dua sudu air , jangan panik bila karamel berketul dan beruwap, hanya kacau je sampai hancur semula
