2: Kupas buah nenas & buang empulur & matanya. 1/6 bahagian nenas di potong dadu kecil & selebihnya di kisar halus.

3: Masukkan buah nenas, gula & air dalam blender & blend sebati. Tapiskan & tekan dengan sudu supaya jus nenas diperah sepenuhnya.

4: Masukkan dalam periuk & perahkan jus lemon. Masukkan garam. Masak atas api hingga sedikit mendidih.

7: Masukkan 1 sudu besar ketulan nenas dlm plastik aiskrim. Tuangkan air hingga 3/4 penuh plastik. Simpulkan hingga hujung & ikat rapi.
